Enhancing Your Sleep Experience: Complimentary Pillows with Mattress Purchases

To make your sleep even better, we occasionally include free pillows with eligible mattress purchases during our 100–200-night sleep trial period. Please note the following terms and conditions apply specifically to this offer:

Pillow Promotion Details
With each qualifying mattress purchase, you may receive up to two complimentary pillows. This offer is only available during promotional windows and depends on stock availability.

These complimentary pillows are considered part of your mattress order and therefore fall under the same trial period and return terms as the mattress itself.

Returns and Pillow Policy

• Unopened Pillows: If you return your mattress within the trial period and the free pillows are still in their original, unopened condition, please include them in your return package. There is no additional charge for returning unopened pillows.

• Opened Pillows: Should the complimentary pillows be opened or used, and you choose to return the mattress during the trial, a charge of £30 per pillow will be applied. This fee helps us maintain high hygiene standards and continue offering quality extras.

Refund and Deductions
When a mattress and any associated pillows are returned, we will process your refund accordingly. If applicable, the £30 fee per used pillow will be subtracted from your total refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned items.
