There are no catches. If the mattress, for whatever reason doesn’t live up to your expectations, you can send it back for a full refund. There are no collection charges either! As part of our social and environmental awareness, returned mattresses are either donated to charity and sold on through our partners at the British Heart Foundation or sold on as ‘rejuvenated’ mattresses via various channels and therefore must be clean. Rejuvenated mattresses are steam cleaned, maintained and if required fitted with a brand-new Max mattress cover. Rejuvenated mattresses are never sold on as ‘new’ on our website.

No, we want you to get the full experience when trialling the mattress so please discard of all packaging once delivery is received.

Yes, of course. If you decide to return the mattress we will refund all instalments you have paid to date and cancel the agreement for you.

We will refund you in full for the items that you have returned. This will be reflected on your monthly instalments plan and be divided off your monthly payments, reducing the amount you pay each month.
